Novatek passed the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) verification in 2022

Novatek has long been focused on the research and development (R&D) of smart imaging and display technology. To protect R&D achievements, the Company has formulated an intellectual property management plan that combines operational goals and R&D resources, managing and safeguarding intellectual property such as patents and trade secrets appropriately. On December 2, 2022, Novatek passed the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) A-level verification through an on-site review conducted by the Institute for Information Industry. Through a sound intellectual property and confidential information management system, the Company aims to protect its core competitiveness and enhance its corporate governance capabilities. On February 21, 2023, Director General Ching-Chang Lien of the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs awarded the certificate to Director Guang-Zhi Wang who represents Novatek.
