Outstanding talents are the key to success for an IC design company. Novatek regards professional expertise as the Company’s most important resource. Hence, we have always been committed to providing our employees with the most competitive compensation and benefits in order to attract and retain outstanding talents. Novatek has been included in the Taiwan HC 100 Index of constituent stocks published by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE). These constituent stocks take employee compensation as their main screening criteria. Weighting is determined by fundamental factors such as “total employee compensation”, “average employee salary growth rate” and “net profit”, allowing the index to maintain a balance between corporate social responsibility and investment efficiency. |

In 2026, TWSE announced the ''2025 Average Salary and Median Salary of Non-Executive Full-Time Employees"; the average and median salaries of Novatek employees were NT$3.246 million and NT$2.651 million, respectively, and the average monthly income was 5.8 times the basic salary in Taiwan. The overall salary of employees ranked first in the IC design industry. |

Maternal care and childcare measures
|
To provide employees with more support for childbearing and childcare, Novatek has implemented the "childcare allowance and work from home for parenting". If an employee has a child under the age of 6 years, the Company will provide a subsidy of NT$5,000 per child per month. In addition, a flexible working system will be implemented, allowing parents to work from home for up to 15 days per year, giving both parents the opportunity to share the economic and child-rearing responsibilities. |

7 days of flexible paid leave
|
The company maintained 7 days of floating holidays in 2025, consistent with 2024. Effective from 2026, the company-provided floating holiday entitlement has been adjusted to 4 days in accordance with the Enforcement Act for Memorial Days and Festivals. |
Highest Travel subsidies in the industry
|
Novatek and its Employee Welfare Committee provide substantial travel subsidies every year to encourage employees to make good use of their holidays, spend time with their families, and relax during travel. In 2025, each employee enjoyed a travel subsidy of NT$63,000, with a total of 3,534 employees using the Company's travel subsidy to participate in 6,673 trips independently (or with family), accounting for 99.19% of the Company’s total employees. Additionally, employees who are serving in the Company for their 10th and 20th year received additional travel incentives for that year, and "official leave" was provided to encourage employees to make travel arrangements. |
Diverse social club activities

Novatek has established the "Social Club Organization Regulations" to promote employees’ physical and mental well-being and enhance organizational vitality. The Company provides substantial subsidies and unrestricted paid leave for club activities, encouraging employee participation in club events and external competitions. In 2025, a total of 20 internal competitions were organized, attracting 557 participants and 858 cumulative participant attendances, while employees also took part in 28 external competitions. In addition, the basketball club won third place in the Health Division of the 2025 Science Park Cup Basketball Tournament, demonstrating the vitality and strong team cohesion of Novatek employees. |
Salary that outperforms the average in the peer groups
Novatek uses academic qualifications and job content as the criteria for determining starting salaries, and then approves salaries (fixed salaries) based on differences in individual experience. After completion of 1 full year of employment, salary adjustments are made based on market conditions, operating conditions of the Company, and individual work performance, without discrimination based on gender or work location.
