The sports teams of schools in rural areas have lacked resources for many years. In addition to devoting their time to training players, team coaches must also raise funds to support their training. The students have performed well in sports, but they are economically disadvantaged and are often forced to give up their dreams.
The Novatek Education Foundation has long been committed to the development of domestic sports talent, continuously investing in and receiving recognition for its efforts. The Foundation has been honored for the fourth time with the "Sports Promoter Award - Long-term Sponsorship Award" at the 16th Annual Sports Awards Ceremony by the Ministry of Education's Sports Administration in 2024. The Foundation has consistently supported sports teams in rural schools, taking a comprehensive approach to nurture athletes. It has long provided financial support for the development of archery, weightlifting, and taekwondo athletes. The sponsorship includes improvements to facilities, supplementation of nutritional products, and funding for both domestic and international competitions. This support enables coaches and athletes in rural sports teams to focus on their training without financial concerns, providing them with ample resources to pursue their dreams. The Novatek Education Foundation sincerely hopes to continue promoting Taiwan athletes to international platforms, raising the standard of sports in Taiwan and driving a wave of social sports enthusiasm! |
Cultivation of Fuli Archery Team

Since 2007, Novatek has been sponsoring the archery team of Fuli Junior High School in Hsinchu City for 19 years, including their training, equipment, staff expenses, and costs for attending domestic/foreign competitions, through the donation of Novatek’s employees and the Novatek Foundation. Over the years, Novatek has been cultivating archery athletes in a continuous manner, starting from junior high schools and extending through university, and has fostered several national team archery players to win numerous awards in international competitions. |

Cultivation of the Erh-lin Industrial and Commercial Vocational High School Weightlifting Team
|
Since 2017, the Novatek Foundation has been sponsoring the training of the National Erh-lin Industrial and Commercial Vocational High School weightlifting team in Changhua County. The items of sponsorship include environmental hardware equipment, training supplies, nutritional supplements, and so on. Over the past 9 years, many young athletes have been cultivated to win medals in international competitions. It is hoped that more outstanding sports talents can be cultivated so that rural areas can stand on the international stage, encouraging more young students to develop their skills and strengths in weightlifting. |

Since 2022, Novatek has been sponsoring the training of the Taekwondo Team athletes at National Pei-men Senior Agricultural and Industrial Vocational School in Jiali District, Tainan. The sponsorship includes equipment, consumables, nutrition expenses, athlete training fees, domestic competition expenses, and improvements in training environment over the past 4 years. |

The Novatek Social Caring Fund, which is funded by employee donations, donated to grassroots sports in 2025, providing resources such as training equipment, off-site training fees, nutritional supplements, and other daily necessities. This support creates a worry-free environment for athletes. The fund supported a total of 9 sports categories with 14 donation projects, amounting to NT$ 4 million, and benefiting 617 students (including 25 national-level athletes). |

Cultivation of Fuli Archery Team
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all members of the Novatek Education Foundation for their long-term support and encouragement. With your continuous companionship and assistance, our students achieved remarkable breakthroughs and outstanding results throughout the 2025 competition season. At the junior high school level, Chen Pin-Yuan and Lin Yun-Chen earned two silver medals at the U15 Secondary School Games. At the senior high school level, Chen Pin-An and Lin Yu-Yang received an individual bronze medal and a team bronze medal at the Asian Cup. In addition, university student Kuo Tzu-Ying won a team silver medal at the 2025 Summer World University Games. Thank you for enabling our students to devote themselves wholeheartedly to training and competition without concerns. We will continue striving for excellence and live up to your expectations.

At the 2025 National President’s Cup Archery Championship, our school proudly won two gold medals, bringing honor to the school and marking a memorable achievement for our students. During the early stages of establishing the team, we faced significant challenges due to limited resources and insufficient equipment, making every step particularly difficult. Fortunately, the Novatek Social Caring Fund has continuously provided long-term support for daily consumables and equipment replacement expenses, serving as our strongest backing.
