In 2023, as COVID-19 pandemic restrictions were lifted, in-person campus activities resumed, and Novatek adopted a fresh new visual theme, “Excellent Together”, for this year’s recruitment campaign. This spring, we organized campus recruitment expos and information sessions at National Taiwan University, National Tsing Hua University, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, and National Cheng Kung University. Additionally, we held information sessions at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, National Central University, and National Sun Yat-sen University. Through various engaging activities, we aimed to introduce our vision of development and corporate culture to a wider audience of fresh graduates.

At each event, in addition to inviting executives and senior colleagues from various departments such as IC design, algorithm development, software development, and system applications to discuss their firsthand experiences, Novatek provided information to students about job responsibilities, company benefits, mentorship programs, and more. We also offered career development advice and suggestions for further studies to help students plan their future paths. These efforts aimed to establish a positive employer image and attract talented individuals with a strong passion for the semiconductor industry to join the Company. In total, the series of events attracted approximately 1,900 students (a 14% increase compared to the previous year). As a result, nearly 30 students were recruited for Research and Development (R&D) Substitute Services or pre-employment positions, and 60 students secured summer internships, achieving the expected outcomes.

Novatek, in response to our business growth and technological development needs, continues to engage with outstanding students through a variety of campus activities. These activities include industry–university collaborations, spring and autumn campus recruitment events, summer internship programs, R&D Substitute Services, and pre-employment recruitment initiatives. We welcome aspiring students who wish to join us in becoming “Excellent Together” and leverage their skills for sustainable growth.
