Novatek Ranks Top 5% in 2022 9th Corporate Governance Evaluation

The results of the 2022 9th Corporate Governance Evaluation, co-hosted by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the Taipei Exchange, were announced on April 27, revealing that Novatek Microelectronics was ranked in the top 5% among listed companies for the first time. For the past 8 years, Novatek has consistently ranked in the top 6–20%, receiving much approval for its long-haul investment methods in company governance and performance.
A total of 928 listed companies and 734 OTC companies participated in this year’s evaluation, with a combined 1,662 corporations getting evaluated. The results were divided into seven tiers, and only 46 listed companies and 37 OTC companies merited a ranking in the top 5% of excellent corporations in the final evaluation.
To congratulate the top-performing corporations, the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the Taipei Exchange have scheduled an award presentation ceremony in June to publicly laud the top 5% of listed and OTC corporations, encouraging all to fulfill their corporate social responsibilities and further fuel their corporations’ competitive edges.
