To expand the recruitment of outstanding international talent, Novatek will collaborate with the International College of Semiconductor Technology at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University to promote a "New Program" initiative. This program plans to establish a two-year master's program to recruit exceptional international students. Those admitted to this new program will receive up to two years of "Industry-Academia Scholarships" provided by the National Development Fund and "Living Allowances" from the company. Additionally, students will have internship opportunities and stipends during their studies, allowing them to gain practical workplace experience and a better understanding of future job responsibilities. The program aims to attract outstanding international students to study and work in Taiwan, effectively meeting corporate talent demands and advancing internationalization strategies.
