The "Taiwan Corporate Governance 100 Index" undergoes its annual review every July. Constituents are selected through a series of procedures including liquidity testing, corporate governance evaluation, and three key financial indicators (net asset value per share not lower than par value, ranking of net income after tax, and ranking of revenue growth rate). The top 100 ranked companies are ultimately chosen as index constituents.
