Novatek Microelectronics Joins Annual Charity Event, Buys Social Welfare Products, and Promotes “A Good Gift for a Good Deed” to Continuously Spread Love

Since 2007, Novatek Microelectronics employees have voluntarily contributed annual donations to establish a sustainable charity fund, staying true to the belief that “great things rise from small beginnings.” Investing in public welfare to repay society has become part of Company culture. In its 17 years of charity work, Novatek has donated over NT$134 million, and hopes that with everyone’s efforts to pass love and warmth from tech workers to those in need, more disadvantaged groups will receive the care they need and continue to live with hope in their lives.
Novatek Microelectronics is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities. Since 2020, the Company has purchased products from social welfare organization-run factories as incentives for employees participating in the annual donation drive, thereby contributing to better pay and work opportunities for those receiving assistance from non-profit organizations. Over the past 4 years, the Company has purchased over NT$1 million worth of products from social welfare organizations, and all employees participating in the donation drive receive a special gift, as well as an opportunity to purchase add-ons to contribute even more. In 2023, the annual drive purchased tote bags handmade by mothers from the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families and handmade artisan soaps from the Syin-Lu Social Welfare Foundation, with employees expressing their desire to actively provide long-term support for charity groups.
