April Highlights from Novatek Foundation’s Environmental Education Program for Rural Students in Hsinchu

In April, the “2023 Environmental Education Program for Rural Students” organized by the Society of Wilderness Hsinchu Branch in collaboration with Novatek Foundation focused on the theme “Climate Change - The Disappearance of Bees”.
The Society of Wilderness Hsinchu Branch used lively and interactive plays to let students personally experience various scenarios that might occur if bees disappear. They were also introduced to the secret life of solitary bees and even participated in sawing bamboo tubes to build a solitary bee hotel, helping bee mothers create nesting spaces for their offspring!
