List of 2023 Novatek Foundation Doctoral Scholarship Recipients

With the aim of facilitating science education development and cultivating outstanding talents, Novatek Foundation launched the Novatek Scholarship in 2010 to encourage outstanding doctoral students to commit themselves to academic research and technical innovation.
Many students applied for this year’s Novatek Doctoral Scholarship, which was a keen competition indeed. In the end, a total of nine outstanding doctoral students stood out and were honored as the winners of the Novatek Scholarship. Over the past 14 years, Novatek Foundation has provided more than NT$56.93 million in scholarships and grants to cultivate 253 outstanding doctoral and master’s degree students in the fields of electrical engineering and information technology. Recipients of the Novatek Doctoral Scholarship are not subject to any employment or contractual obligations. Students can be sponsored for up to 5 consecutive years, and they receive a scholarship of NT$50,000 per month (NT$600,000 per year).
