This year, Novatek continues its employer branding philosophy of "Connecting the World, Endless Innovation," with the theme "Excellent Together." In the spring, the company will hold job fairs at four universities and information sessions at seven universities. These diverse activities aim to attract numerous students to submit resumes and engage in interactions.
To meet the growing business and technology development needs, Novatek is actively seeking talent passionate about semiconductors. In 2024, the company plans to recruit approximately 300 new employees, with positions available in IC design, algorithm development, software and firmware development, and system applications. At the events, several managers and senior colleagues will share insights about their work, company benefits, mentoring systems, and provide career development or course suggestions, thereby establishing a strong employer brand image. The events attracted about 1,750 student participants, achieving expected results.
