To assist domestic enterprises in attracting international talent and expanding into New Southbound markets, the Ministry of Economic Affairs has established a unified talent recruitment platform. This platform promotes job openings in New Southbound countries and strengthens talent exchange and collaboration with renowned schools and tech societies in these regions. It also forms recruitment alliances with domestic industry associations to understand local talent needs and organizes matchmaking events both domestically and internationally to connect companies with talent.
On May 30, Novatek participated in the "International Student Job Fair" in Hsinchu, organized by Contact TAIWAN. The event featured one-on-one interviews with many outstanding international talents. Novatek is dedicated to creating a diverse work environment and actively cultivates international operational talent.
