Since 2007, Novatek has been promoting the "Novatek Social Caring Fund`" donation program among its employees, embodying the spirit of "accumulating small amounts of money for significant charitable deeds," and encouraging employees to contribute to social welfare. Starting in 2020, the company began purchasing goods made by sheltered workshops affiliated with social welfare organizations as gifts to encourage donations. This initiative not only increases the income of non-profit organizations but also expands employment and job opportunities for the beneficiaries of these social welfare institutions. By actively participating in the annual charity donation event, colleagues can receive exclusive limited gifts and collectively support vulnerable groups.

In 2024, with a focus on green living, Novatek selected handmade concrete planters paired with succulents from the Da'an Sheltered Farm in New Taipei City, and aromatherapy gift boxes from the Shin Kong Foundation's sheltered workshop as gifts for donation-related activities, while also promoting the greening and beautification of the office environment. Novatek supports products from sheltered workshops through concrete actions. The total amount of charitable purchases this time exceeded NT$405,000. Continuously conducting charitable purchases every year can bring substantial help to vulnerable social welfare groups, assist people with disabilities in finding employment, and integrate them into society through work, providing a sense of achievement and bringing a positive impact to society.
