【Summer Story: Low-Carbon Light Travel】Green Novatek, Full of Happiness!

Novatek has long promoted local tourism and supported ESG sustainability. Every year, we organize regular hiking and family outdoor activities, encouraging our employees and their families to participate and enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance.
This summer, we chartered a Taiwan Railways train with the theme "Play Local, Eat Local." We arranged two routes and four sessions, visiting "Heping Island Geopark," the first national scenic spot in Asia to obtain the ISO 20121 certification for sustainable event management, and the "Fulong Area in the Northeast Coast," which has been honored as one of the Global Top 100 Green Destinations for eight consecutive years. Participants enjoyed the sun, sand, and the thrill of cycling along the coast. Meals were prioritized with local ingredients, whether it's tasting fresh seafood at Shen'ao Harbor or savoring soup made with the chewy and crunchy native yams from Shuangxi, offering a sustainable culinary journey.
Nearly 900 employees and their beloved families joined the event, collectively traveling 979 kilometers in a low-carbon, leisurely manner. This initiative supports the company's commitment to environmental sustainability. Green Novatek, full of happiness!
