Novatek Participates in the 2024 Southern Taiwan Science Park Dream Chasing Project, Inviting Northern Students to Co-create a High-Tech Future in the South

With the development of advanced semiconductor processes and the AI wave, the high-tech industry in Southern Taiwan has secured a strong foothold on the global stage, driving the demand for technological talent in the south. In response to its relocation to the Southern Taiwan Science Park by the end of 2027 and the establishment of the Tainan Novatek R&D Center, Novatek participated in the "2024 Southern Taiwan Science Park Dream Chasing: Northern Youth 'Heading South' Part Two" forum hosted by National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University on September 25.
The event featured several companies from the Southern Taiwan Science Park, including Novatek, AEMC, and KLA. HR representatives shared interview tips and revealed the secrets of talent selection from a career coach's perspective, helping students stand out in interviews. Additionally, Novatek participated in recruitment booths, providing students with real-time career consultations and opportunities to submit resumes, encouraging northern students to head south to pursue their dreams and achieve their ideal lifestyles.
