Novatek Foundation Honored with the Ministry of Education's 2025 Award for Outstanding Youth Volunteer Organizations (2nd Youth Volunteer Award)

Volunteer Service

For 15 years, the volunteer team of the Novatek Education Foundation has exemplified the spirit of selfless dedication among young volunteers. Through collaboration and empowerment, the volunteers have continuously supported visually impaired students, youth in residential institutions, and disadvantaged children in their learning and growth journeys through practical actions, thereby extending their social impact. This commitment has earned them the Ministry of Education's "Outstanding Youth Volunteer Organizations (2nd Youth Volunteer Award)" for seven consecutive years (2018-2024). Additionally, they have twice been awarded the "Outstanding Volunteer Service in Educational Affairs" by the Ministry of Education, achieving a total of nine dual volunteer accolades over the years. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the volunteers' unwavering dedication to voluntary service.

For three consecutive years, Novatek has implemented paid "Corporate Volunteer Leave," granting each employee 16 hours of volunteer leave annually. Moreover, at the annual year-end banquet, the company invites the volunteers with the highest service participation to the main table as a gesture of gratitude and recognition for their commitment to social volunteer service. Looking ahead, the foundation will continue to advance with the energy of love, harnessing the power of corporate volunteering to contribute to society, ensuring that warmth and love accompany every step.
