Novatek Spring Recruitment “Excellent Together” — Charming “Braised Pig” Mascot Brings a Fresh, Playful Take to IC Design

In March 2025, Novatek Microelectronics continued its employer brand philosophy of “Connecting Visions, Endless Innovation” and launched a campus recruitment series themed “Excellent Together.” The campaign ran concurrently across four university career fairs and seven on‑campus briefing sessions nationwide. HR teams and senior engineers participated in person to engage in face‑to‑face conversations with students, enthusiastically sharing practical experience in career planning, IC design, algorithms, and firmware/software development, while also explaining company benefits, job responsibilities, and career development pathways.
For this event series, Novatek colleagues authorized and introduced a limited‑edition line of cute recruitment merchandise featuring a mascot they personally designed — the “Braised Pig” — allowing participants to experience the semiconductor industry’s innovation and dynamism in a relaxed atmosphere and demonstrating that IC design can be rigorous yet fun.
The series attracted approximately 2,000 student participants. The enthusiastic interactions and knowledge sharing helped enhance Novatek Microelectronics’ employer brand. Novatek continues to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, challenging, and continuously learning work environment, and welcomes outstanding candidates from electrical engineering, electronics, photonics, computer science, and related disciplines to join and pursue excellence together to create an A+ Novatek.
