Novatek Scholarship Recipients’ Exchange Meeting Concludes Successfully, Deepening Industry Academia Exchange and Talent Development

Since 2010, the Novatek Education Foundation has established the Novatek Scholarship to continuously support outstanding PhD and master’s students in dedicating themselves to academic research and technological innovation, contributing to the advancement of scientific education in Taiwan. In October 2025, Novatek Microelectronics held the “Scholarship Recipients Industry‑Academia Exchange Meeting.” The event brought together this year’s ten scholarship recipients and Novatek industry mentors to share research presentations and engage in panel discussions, promoting the exchange of industry‑academic experiences and technical interactions. Each recipient presented their recent research findings and engaged in in‑depth discussions with the mentors, strengthening connections and knowledge transfer between academia and industry.
The day also featured mentor presentations introducing various departments and product technologies to help students gain a deeper understanding of the company’s operations and technological frontiers. In addition, participants toured Novatek’s employee cafeteria, art corridor, and other public spaces to experience the workplace environment and corporate culture firsthand. Novatek will continue to support higher education and the cultivation of scientific talent in Taiwan, and looks forward to more outstanding students contributing to both industry and academia to jointly advance innovation and development in Taiwan’s technology sector.
