Novatek partners with local small-scale farmers to host the "Rainbow Produce Stall" health-promotion campaign, caring for employee wellbeing while supporting public welfare.

In celebration of its 28th anniversary health-promotion initiative themed “Savour the Taste,” Novatek organized two major activities: “Rainbow Produce Stall” and “Colorful Moments of Eating.” As part of the “Rainbow Produce Stall,” the company purchases seasonal produce and cosmetically imperfect fruits and vegetables from local small farmers in Yunlin County and from the Zhuang Zhuo Home affiliated with the Shiguang Catholic Care Home in Zhudong Township, Hsinchu County, and runs a “Health Promotion Charity Purchase” program. The concept of “rainbow produce” is aligned with the four seasonal cycles, and the company developed a “Rainbow Code” column for healthcare staff alongside healthy recipes, integrating health promotion into daily life in diverse and engaging ways.
Across the year the campaign ran 20 market stalls, raising NT$83,787 in charity purchases, all of which were donated to the Zhuang Zhuo Home operated by the Shiguang Catholic Care Home Foundation in Hsinchu County. Novatek continues to support local smallholder farmers, promote a health-friendly workplace, and put ESG principles into practice.
