Novatek 2026 PhD Scholarship Program Now Open for Applications

To further advance science education and foster the sustainable development of future talent, the Novatek Education Foundation has continuously promoted the Novatek Scholarship Program since 2010. The program supports promising young scholars in dedicating themselves to forward-looking research and technological innovation, creating long-term value for both industry and society.
The Novatek PhD Scholarship Program accepts applications annually from May 1 to May 31. Scholarship recipients are not subject to any employment obligations or service commitments. Eligible students may receive financial support for up to five consecutive years, with a stipend of NTD 50,000 per month (equivalent to NTD 600,000 per year), providing stable and sustained support for advanced research activities.
Doctoral students—including newly admitted PhD candidates—enrolled in electrical engineering, computer science, photonics, or semiconductor-related colleges at the four partner universities are warmly encouraged to apply. Through continued investment in education, Novatek is committed to cultivating critical technology talent and advancing the shared vision of educational sustainability and innovation-driven growth.
