Novatek has long been committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. In 2025, the Company employed a total of 24 persons with disabilities and was honored by the Hsinchu County Government with the “2026 Outstanding Employer for Exceeding the Employment Quota for Persons with Disabilities” award. This recognition underscores Novatek’s proactive efforts in supporting employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and its continued commitment to ESG and sustainable development.

Since 2007, Novatek has partnered with the Hsinchu County Association for the Blind to implement a therapeutic massage program delivered by visually impaired therapists employed through the association. The Company has established dedicated, comfortable massage facilities across its office locations, enabling employees to access stress-relief services during working hours. Over the past two decades, this initiative has garnered strong internal support and has been widely visited and emulated by industry peers. More importantly, it provides persons with disabilities with stable, dignified employment opportunities, creating a virtuous cycle that benefits both the enterprise and its workforce.
