Novatek Recognized as a Constituent of the Taiwan High Salary 100 Index for 13 Consecutive Years

Novatek Microelectronics has consistently prioritized employee compensation and benefits, as well as talent development. Since 2014, the Company has been included as a constituent of the Taiwan High Salary 100 Index for 13 consecutive years.


The Taiwan High Salary 100 Index is jointly developed by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and RaiLink Asset Management Co., Ltd., with Taiwan Index Plus Corporation commissioned to conduct regular constituent reviews. The index primarily selects constituents based on quantitative criteria, including average employee compensation, net profit, book value per share, and total employee compensation. It adopts RaiLink’s fundamental weighting methodology to enhance index performance, and is the first corporate social responsibility (CSR) index globally designed to encourage companies to prioritize employee compensation.
