Every act of sharing strengthens organizational sustainability In today’s rapidly evolving industry landscape, continuous learning and knowledge sharing are essential to talent development and the long-term growth of organizational capabilities. Novatek actively promotes its internal instructor program, encouraging employees to share their professional expertise and practical experience while fostering a sustainable learning culture built on knowledge exchange and collaborative learning.
During this year’s evaluation period, 303 Novatek internal instructors offered 322 courses, facilitating the continuous exchange and transfer of knowledge across the organization. Following an internal evaluation, three outstanding instructors were recognized for their dedication and professional expertise in transforming practical experience into organizational knowledge that can be shared, retained, and passed on.
In celebration of Teachers’ Day, Novatek organized a Global Teachers’ Day Greeting Card Campaign and a special Instructor Development Workshop. The workshop featured Coach Chen Hui-Jung, who delivered a session titled “Breaking Boundaries for Growth: Building Future Competitiveness in the AI Era.” The session encouraged participants to cultivate a growth mindset and strengthen their agility and adaptability in response to change.
By combining internal knowledge sharing with insights from external experts, Novatek continues to broaden the impact of learning across the organization, creating sustained momentum for talent development and long-term organizational growth.
