Lohas Children's Home in Taoyuan City recently received a donation of NT$1,500,000 from the " Novatek Social Caring Fund" to construct a new, age-appropriate, warm, and well-equipped living space for the children.
The donation covers the establishment of a cozy library called "Happiness Reading Corner," equipment for a multifunctional restaurant with a coffee work bar for career exploration, air conditioning systems for the children’s dormitories, independent electricity meters, and lightweight steel ceiling frameworks. These upgrades will help children develop a love for reading in a warm and comfortable library and explore diverse learning opportunities through the career exploration restaurant, thereby enhancing their future integration into society.
Since 2007, Novatek has been committed to social responsibility and philanthropy. Each year, employees voluntarily donate to the " Novatek Social Caring Fund," adhering to the philosophy of "gathering small contributions for great causes."
