Novatek Microelectronics Included in the Taiwan High Compensation 100 Index for 12 Consecutive Years

Sustainability

Novatek Microelectronics has consistently emphasized employee compensation, benefits, and talent development. Since 2014, the company has been included as a constituent stock in the “Taiwan High Compensation 100 Index” for 12 consecutive years.

The “Taiwan High Compensation 100 Index” is jointly compiled by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and Rayliant Asset Management, with Taiwan Index Plus Corporation responsible for the regular review of constituent stocks. The main quantitative criteria for selecting index constituents include “average employee compensation,” “net profit,” “net asset value per share,” and “total employee compensation.” The index is constructed using Rayliant’s fundamental-weighted methodology to enhance overall performance. This index is the world’s first of its kind, designed to encourage companies to value employee compensation as part of their corporate social responsibility.

Talent is not only the company's asset but also the cornerstone of sustainable corporate development. Novatek invests high-quality human resources in product technology and R&D innovation and provides employees with diverse learning and development opportunities. In addition to maintaining a high level of compensation and benefits, the company places great importance on employees’ physical and mental well-being and personal growth, fostering harmonious labor relations and maintaining open channels for effective communication. Novatek will continue to proactively promote the development of employee compensation and benefits, fulfilling its corporate responsibility for sustainable operations through concrete actions.
