Novatek Conducts "Colorful Diet" Health Promotion Event — Caring for Employees’ Health While Supporting Charity

In celebration of its 28th anniversary health promotion campaign, Novatek launched a program themed "Tasteful Eating," featuring two main initiatives: "Rainbow Fruits & Vegetables" and "Colorful Diet." The "Colorful Diet" initiative is based on the concept of the "rainbow diet," leveraging local ingredients and focusing on the three food groups recommended as the top portions on the rainbow plate—vegetables, fruits, and whole grains/complex carbohydrates—to design three activity items: a vegetable-based "Rainbow Wrap," a fruit-based "Fruit Seven Orbs," and a whole-grain item called "Colorful QQ Balls."
Novatek employees showed their support by purchasing each portion for TWD 28, with a total of 2,630 participations. The proceeds of TWD 87,579 were fully donated to the Hsinchu County Catholic Shi-Guang Home for Care and Rehabilitation (Zhuozhuo Home). In addition, two health columns and three nutrition education videos were developed and published. Through these nutritious, tasty, and engaging activities, the company not only promotes employee wellness but also sparks fresh culinary inspiration and vitality. Novatek will continue to foster a health-friendly workplace and implement its ESG commitments.
