Novatek Microelectronics Launches Campus Recruitment to Connect Talent under “Excellent Together.”

In March 2026, Novatek Microelectronics continued to uphold its employer branding philosophy of “Excellent Together” by further strengthening its engagement with academic institutions through a series of spring campus recruitment initiatives. Adopting a dual-track approach that combined campus career fairs and corporate information sessions, the Company introduced students to its corporate culture, job functions, and comprehensive employee benefits. Practical guidance on interview preparation was also shared, with the aim of supporting students in gaining early insights into their future career development through more practice-oriented and interactive engagement.

 

At the career fairs, Novatek specially designed a “Meet the Experts” zone, attracting enthusiastic participation from over a hundred students majoring in electrical engineering, computer science, and related disciplines. Key engineering professionals and hiring managers were present on site to engage directly with students, addressing questions related to job responsibilities, skill preparation, and long-term career pathways. Through in-depth, face-to-face dialogue, students were able to better understand career choices from a practical industry perspective, while also enhancing mutual engagement and interaction quality.

 

In addition to ongoing recruitment for full-time engineering positions, Novatek simultaneously announced multiple summer internship opportunities across areas including IC design, algorithms, firmware and software development, and system applications. These programs enable students to participate in real-world projects at an early stage and accumulate hands-on industry experience. During the internship period, interns actively join project teams and development processes; high-performing interns may be offered pre-employment opportunities, facilitating a smooth transition from graduation to employment. In this way, internships serve not only as a learning journey but also as a critical starting point for long-term career development.

 

Furthermore, Novatek has long embedded ESG principles into its recruitment practices. Over the years, the Company has promoted paperless resume submission processes, and this year, it further established QR code–based digital application zones at recruitment events. This initiative encourages students to submit resumes online, enhancing on-site operational efficiency while demonstrating the Company’s concrete commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible resource management.

 

Overall, the recruitment campaign encompassed career fairs at four universities and corporate briefings at five campuses across Taiwan, attracting approximately 2,000 students. Through diversified interaction formats and first-hand industry experience sharing, Novatek Microelectronics continues to advance toward its goal of becoming the “Employer of Choice for Technology Talent.” Looking ahead, the Company remains committed to refining its talent recruitment and development mechanisms, fostering a workplace that integrates professional growth with sustainable value creation, and partnering with outstanding talent to realize the shared vision of “Excellent Together.”
