As part of its 2026 Health Promotion Program, Novatek launched a series of initiatives centered on the four pillars of the Healthy Enterprise Citizen Initiative: Awareness, Exercise, Nutrition, and Support. In June, the Company introduced the "Healthy Living | Eye Health" campaign, featuring a variety of health promotion activities designed to enhance employees' awareness of eye health and encourage the adoption of healthy vision care habits.
During the campaign, Novatek's occupational health nurses collaborated with on-site physicians and employees across different office locations to produce an instructional video featuring a series of eye exercises. The Company also launched a "Watch & Win" activity, offering weekly lucky draws for dried fruit snacks, which attracted enthusiastic participation from more than 1,100 employees. The dried fruit selections were thoughtfully aligned with the weekly eye care education topics, providing nutrients associated with the prevention of various eye conditions. By connecting eye health knowledge with nutritious food choices, the program encouraged employees to integrate healthy eating habits into their daily lives. In addition, all dried fruit products were sourced from social welfare organizations, combining health promotion with social impact.
To further engage employees, Novatek hosted three sessions of the interactive "Eyes on the Prize" pop-up event across different sites, attracting nearly 500 participants. Through games and activities designed by occupational health nurses, employees were encouraged to practice eye movement exercises and relax their ciliary muscles. Participants were also treated to Novatek's exclusive Eye Care Yogurt, specially formulated by the nursing team based on key nutrients that support eye health. By integrating healthy nutrition, vision care concepts, and health education into an enjoyable and interactive experience, the event helped reinforce eye care awareness in both the workplace and everyday life.
Extending the campaign's spirit of giving, employees were invited to purchase activity props after the event concluded. A total of 28 employees participated, completing 36 purchases and raising NT$3,605 in donations. Through Novatek's employee volunteer group, Yongxin Club, all proceeds were donated to the Taipei Aici Social Welfare Foundation, supporting community welfare initiatives through tangible action.
Novatek remains committed to fostering a healthy and supportive workplace through diverse health promotion programs. By integrating employee well-being initiatives with community engagement, the Company continues to advance its commitment to employee care, social inclusion, and sustainable corporate development.
